2024 Heritage w/2.7L. Scheduled for build week of 1/29. Making final decisions on initial mods now so I can go ahead and purchase and give dealer a heads-up on what I want them installing before it leaves dealership. Would appreciate feedback from more experienced Bronco owners.

Ford Performance Tune - After lots of research I am definitely doing this but Ford hasn't cleared the current model to work on 24's yet so going to have to wait until they do.

Exhaust - I've looked at 7-8 different systems. I live in South Louisiana so one thing I want is 304 stainless instead of 409. Prevents salt from rusting it and while 409 will hold up, it won't look as good for as long. Also plan to do some overlanding 2-3 times per year so I want some clearance. Definitely want cat-back to get some better flow and move the weight. I am not looking for an aggressive note, just a little more tone, better performance, and NO DRONE. Have it narrowed to:
  • AWE OFG
  • Borla Touring
  • Corsa 2.75 SRE (waiting on confirmation from Corsa on quality of SS)
Cold Air Intake - Leaning towards S&B over the K&N, Roush, and several others. S&B's support has been great, filter is easy to remove and clean, quality parts, at a good price.

Open to feedback on any of this.

The S&B intake is at a great price point, but what concerns me is that it doesn't replace the passenger side turbo piping. This is the most restrictive section of pipe, so that why I would consider K&N over the S&B.

Absolutely true. I was going to get a K&N until I read some threads on here about a plastic elbow that was breaking for some.

My 2023 has been flawless but when the 2024 gets built at the end of January I am not doing anything to it other than sliding stuff over from the last one. Its bad mojo, I pick them up as they landed requesting nothing be done other than PDI and fuel and make the delivery as smooth as possible for me and the dealer. I will run 1500 miles on it before I start doing any enhancements
