I honestly had the opposite reaction to this pic. The CGI 2-door on the Bronco main page is exactly the color I like, and for some reason the running footage from the release vid looks waaay more orange than what we see coming out of the factory. This and the 4-door OBX that have come out are YELLOW to the max, IMO. I like the orange tint way better!

Both pics you refer to are in factory lighting. Camera processors also mess with it. I think it's better to view in natural light photos before making a judgement.

I really don't think they need all these for crash testing and media duties. They could give me one as a loaner while I'm waiting a year plus for my build. I wouldn't even be picky about color or trim.

Something strange going on. Just logged into my Ford.com account and clicked on View Now under reservations. Instead of seeing my FE reservation confirmation, it took me to a Mustang Mach E promo page??

And I do not have a Mustang Mach E reservation.

John Bronco on Hulu is pretty damned funny for the most part, but it needs a better ending. Lots of quotable phrases I hope to see on here, but I won't spoil it.

Pretty excited to watch it. Waiting to watch it tomorrow night with my girlfriend (as if I haven't bombarded her enough with Bronco items, topics, videos, information, etc.). May even float the idea of getting a pineapple pizza while watching it.

That pic is slightly overexposed. That's why the RR Bronco's roof looks white.

When you push an image like this, orange cars turn yellow.

I can’t fault your logic. I would have given it a yellow naming convention.
But, the color is pretty cool. if you zoom in on the photo and see the light hitting the pax side mirror, awesome!
There is no doubt in my mind that CO will not satisfy the people that wanted an Orange Bronco. However, if you are just into a different color Bronco that has awesome paint, shows off the lines really well, and stands out from the crowd then CO has to be in the decision matrix.
CO looks like a modern, metallic pearl take on the 1969(?) Chrome Yellow.

Factory/Indoor lighting is horrible for trying to judge a color on how it looks and it does nothing to show how a color with pearls/metallic will appear.

Natural daylight and direct sunlight (looking from different angles) are the best way.

There's also the fact that camera used and pc monitor color settings also come into play.

I'm still all in for CO, even if it leans more towards the yellow side, because the pearl coat will make it stand out.
The fact that it's a dynamic color and will really stand out in direct sunlight (plus the fact that I own a KTM) are what keep me coming back to it as my first color choice.
