Maybe it was chat.. I don't recall. Maybe go to your order and dive into the options for issues and such. Because I know there is a way to get ahold of them..like if a vendor doesn't respond and stuff.I couldn’t find a number to call!
Edit... Try going to your account. Click on contact us, and it will present you with a list of your orders. Click on your order and select defective part and see where that leads
