I couldn’t find a number to call!
Maybe it was chat.. I don't recall. Maybe go to your order and dive into the options for issues and such. Because I know there is a way to get ahold of them..like if a vendor doesn't respond and stuff.

Edit... Try going to your account. Click on contact us, and it will present you with a list of your orders. Click on your order and select defective part and see where that leads

Ha ha I thought I was going crazy the rear bolts didn't line up in a critical area,I had to do some serious machining to make it work.
Yeah I could have sent it back but I got stubborn and it worked out ,do not buy if you don't have access to alot of tool of destruction.

Another one of those “some assembly required” pieces, which should say: “probably takes all the tools you own for proper assembly”.

I love the graphics of the tools required on the instructions of those pieces…. Anyone know the universal symbol for a cutting torch or a TIG welder is?????

I got the rear cross bar to fit after some modification but I went to put the front and middle ones in and the thread insert were spaced wrong, at that point I was just done with it. I don’t like cobbled up junk and it would have driven me insane, so I just pulled it off.

after astroturfing their own product threads with 'reviews', they were summarily banned henceforth in perpetuity.

Their stuff sucked, to be frank.
I have their molle/ pet barrier and it fits and work ok. Not sure about any of their other stuff.

I made mine work, but had to drill out the holes so it would fit. Biggest peeve with it is; the T-tops don't come off with it on. It sits just a bit lower than the stock racks. Low enough that you can't slide the T-tops through. It's leaning against a wall for the summer.
I had to do the same with the rear cross beam. After that I had no problem assembling the rest. I'm able to take the top off with the rack still on

I forgot to mention that I added the third cross member that runs over the front. Without that the forward tops would come off.
I was actually thinking the rack could be functional to carry stuff. But I'm wondering how strong those tiny little bolts on the top of the windshield are when carrying any kind of load. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere on the forum.

I installed the a Broaddict roof rack today. Went on just fine. I didn’t tighten any bolts on the rear clamps until I had the rear cross bar threaded on. Then tightened it down.

This rack is fine. Better quality than I anticipated. But I suspect the cheap hardware won’t last after multiple uses.

Shipping was pretty fast considering it came directly from China. I ordered from the Broaddict website, not Amazon.

I plan to have this on during winter only to carry skis. It works for that purpose. I wouldn’t trust it with a ton of weight. If I was hauling tons of gear I’d get a different roof rack system. But for carrying skis this is fine. I couldn’t stomach spending $1k for a ski rack. In the spring it comes off. So I can go topless!
