Is Blue Wheels something you get when you don't get to drive often enough?

So sad... Roll out!

I tend to think of color wheels like a room painted in a strong color: It can look great but the overall aesthetic is harder to get to work.

Alternatively, you could get the wheels that meet your performance / design needs. Then, just have them powder coated / cerakoted / painted any shade of blue you want.

while I would personally never do blue wheels, of the 2 choices, the bottom is the nicer wheel and shade of blue.
