Blind spot indicator - issues since new bumper installed

So a few weeks ago I installed the Barricade trail force bumper. Since then I have been having issues with the drivers side blind spot indicator. It will light up when no one is beside me and at times will rapidly flash. Has anyone else had this issue? Or does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

Common issue for that rear wire harness to not get reconnected all the way. Pull it back apart, make sure none of the pins are bent and the little rubber gasket it on straight, and plug it back in — make sure you get it to click

Where is the BSM sensor located?

Could be your plate interfering.

I know that when I had a 4Runner, if I wanted a offroad bumper for the rear, it meant either having to lose the BSM or getting a relocating bracket so that there wasn’t metal in the way.

I think this is the correct answer.
I would almost guarantee that plate is interfering with the blindspot module because it's located basically right below the taillight assembly.

Also, that trail armor is not installed correctly either. It should be cut away where the module sits because that can also interfere with it.
