Whatever color it is, I'm just glad to not see the silver/gray front skid plate and lower silver/gray part of the bumper.

Your Raptors-In-Black look great. You guys did nice work.

If you haven't, I would ceramic coat them as soon as you can.

I have owned 2 black-out Expeditions.
1st one showed everything. After 2 years, it always looked dingy, even right after washing and waxing it. By the 3rd year, I was starting to not like the look of constant dirt, dings, swirls, scratches, and so on.

2nd one, I drove from the dealership to the detail shop and had it ceramic coated. That helped a lot in protecting the finish from dirt clinging and the swirl marks. Didn't help much with dings and scratches. But it improved the appearance for about 2 good years. But again, black shows everything.

For me, I don't buy black cars anymore. I spent too much time cleaning them, and worrying that they needed cleaning.

But I still love the black-out look. Very cool.
Thanks for being willing to wash it more than most.

What's odd is that nothing on DV8's website matches yours. Not only do theirs have a cut out logo on the mounting plate but they don't show a mini bull bar that has matching radii (to yours) at each end of the tube. What they show on their site is totally different than what you have.

I do see Mabett has one and a plethora of others on Amazon that look to be a perfect match though...
