Hi I had a Jeep with the Sunrider and had to get one for my Bronco. I will say it performed much better on the Jeep.
The Bronco Sunrider is very noisey and makes loud slapping sounds that increase with speed. I never experienced this with the Jeep.
I began experimenting to find a way to quiet things down. On the center bow the top is supported by a Velcro loop but it ends at the turn of the bow where it meets the frame. I started placing my hand at this turn and noticed the slaping nearly stops. I hit my local hardware store and purchased 1/2" foam pipe insulation and cut it to fit the gap and it makes a big difference. Seems to me Bestop should have addressed this. Photo attached.

I love the idea of the Sunrider, but then I see post like this that make me reconsider getting it. The EZ-Flip hardtop hinges look interesting, but are still in the pre-order phase.

Very common fix, it just tightens things up a bit.

Love our Sunrider!!!

You have any leaking at the front by the A pillar? Loved the functionality of the SunRider, but had water intrusion where the corners of the top come down and meat the weather stripping on the frame, leading to water down the A pillar. Fixed it by installing addtional weather stripping on the sunrider itself, but the weather stripping would eventuall shift due to adhering it to the fabric.

Not sure if I am going to re-install the sunrider next spring or not.

I've been pretty pleased with the Sunrider, no leaks though I do get the occasional slapping sounds. Going to try your pipe insulation trick.
