Beadlock finish issues - expected?

I noticed some paint issues on my Mansquatch beadlocks the other day. Is this expected? No off-road usage yet, it just looks like the finish isn’t holding in spots. Expected, or should I have the dealer replace?

Did you purchase vehicle new? Maybe previous owner repaired wheel trim ring. Do the bolts appear to have been removed at one time? Purchased new than take it in for warranty.
