I switch my order from a Badlands to a BaseSquatch about a month ago and never noticed the badging. Where others have the edition badge with an additional Sasquatch decoration, the BaseSquatch just says Sasquatch… that’s awesome!

Just curious, why did you switch?
Did you test drive any before switching?

Are you one of the handy people that know how to do modifications on your own?

I thought about switching and possibly finding a different Bronco at a dealer, but I don't know how to modify anything. So I am probably better off with just waiting and keeping my order for Badlands.

As far as capability, the badlands only has the sta-bar disconnect over the base (and all the other models). What mods would you need? The only other differences are in the availability of gadgets and seating surfaces. The few other nice-to-haves (rock rails, additional skid plate and rear bumper) are not a big deal in my opinion. The ride suspension, clearance, 4x4, differences, all that matters, are the same. That said, the badlands is clearly the most capable, but most buyers would never experience it.

Sasquatch ain’t real. Lies perpetrated by left wing right leaning mob media. Created to distract us from the real issues like homelessness hunger and school lunches.

I get that most people won't ever use the sway bar disconnect, but doesn't everyone need the "rock rails, additional skid plate and rear bumper" if they are going to do even mild off-roading?

I'm a complete newbie, but it seems like you would need under body protection to go off road.

I also like some of the things in the high package like remote start, heated seats, the bigger screen and all of the cameras, etc.

You don't need to know how to modify... Though it certainly helps.

Could always find a trustworthy 4x4 shop to do mods for you.

if we give the school lunches to the hungry
doesn't that solve both problems?
Oh yea sure. Just need prior approval from district nutritionist superintendent and parents and state government analysis for liability.
I was trying to be funny but it’s actually sadly all true.

I plan on unbolting my sway bar when I hit the trails. With a wrench. Lol

I’m on the clock for getting a new car, and with Bronco delays I was forced to start looking elsewhere. As I did I started realizing that 55k for a car is a heck of a lot of coin. As much as I loved it I couldn’t justify it so I switched it and dropped the price by about 13k. I had pretty much accepted I wasn’t getting a Bronco by September so I thought it might also help to speed things up if I drop the MIC and higher options… I ended up with a Sept 13 build date, which I can make work.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler sport (cheapest model) some years ago and upgraded it on my own… wheels, steps, stereo, remote starter… I would have gone pure base for the Bronco, but the Sasquatch seemed too good a deal to pass up…. I feel really good about the change to base, but would have been happy with any model… and I get the best badging sticker! :)

Basesquatch is my jam, but if ford had a real brain for value 4x4 they'd let me build the 2dr base mansquatch the world deserves. Here's hoping mansquatch isn't BL only because reasons.

This one, since Wranglers have been the only topless vehicle since the mid 90s.
