Nice. Was think today about doing the same. With cheap LEDs because the base bumper will likely be gone before long. Following for updates.

Had a pretty bad foggy drive home a few weeks ago and missed the for lights on my old car. After some research on here I ordered some low cost flush mount pods from Amazon. Yes, I know they are not as good as some others but they fit my needs.

The plastic insert in the bumper pops out in 1 second with no tos required. The structure of the bumper has the hole already cut to accept a light. The hardest part was running the wiring clean and making sure everything was in heat shrink, wire loom, and tied out of the way while still looking factory.

Electric is hooked up thru auxbeam 6 gang.

I was impressed with the light output and contrast on the road.

Pretty easy running all the wiring?
Yes it was. Took less than an hour to make a harness, solder connections, and heat shrink
