This looks like a Base and appears to have some rake. What am I missing?

Looks like it’s on a factory holding lot, awaiting side window installation. Maybe it’s pre-production?

I think you're right about it being pre-production. That looks like a mod top, which had removable windows rather than a MIC waiting for windows and it's race (whoops) rapid red, not hot pepper red (not that there weren't 21 models in holding lots well into 2022).
