Bartact paracord grab handles ordering issue?

I ordered the paracord grab handles from Bateact which looks super sturdy and nice. Has anyone had any issues ordering from Bartact? There has been no update on my order and no responses to emails enquiring about when I should expect the product to be shipped.

I ordered some stuff from them and received a few emails of when the items were shipped and when I should receive them. I didn’t have any problems. Took about 12 days to get the package.
