Back passenger window track isn't aligned (OEM soft top). Is this normal?

Has anyone else had this issue? I have a new 2024 Bronco OBX soft top. The passengers rear side window slides out incredibly easy but the drivers side the track is not aligned and you have to push up on the track while macgyvering it out without damaging the window or the track. Bought the bronco only a couple weeks ago and that is how it came. I told the dealership about it the day after I got it home when I discovered it but I was told that from "doing research online" that, that is normal and if I want to have it looked at or the track lined up I will have to pay out of pocket for it... Even though it came that way.....

Has anyone else run into this problem with the window? Is it in fact how they come from the factory? Or did I just get one that in fact has a slightly misaligned window track?

I know this is older but if you just got it I would harass the dealer and MAKE them document your concerns. They did the same thing to me for years, and told me it "wasn't an issue" and "nothing they can do" until now I'm out of warranty and lemon law timeframes and Ford corporate is asking why I didn't report it to the dealer? See where I ended up here.

Also, get paper copies of your visits and make sure they documented that you wanted the windows looked at.
