Ford Bronco Avoid Oracle Lighting's Flush LED Tail Lights IMG_1005

My husband bought me these June of 2024 as a gift, by far my favorite mod! We were washing it this last weekend and noticed this one has gone bad. I’m so sad they are just a couple months outside of the warranty… @OracleLights is there anything you can do to help? The thought of putting the stock lights back in makes me cringe.

I ended up going with another manufacture’s tail lights. I have a smoked driver’s side light in perfect condition for anyone who needs it. Just pay shipping and it’s yours.

Welcome to the club, for some reason it always seems to be the driver's side that goes bad.

Update: after a little bit of back-and-forth where they offered me the opportunity to buy a new set at a discount, which I was not satisfied with, they ultimately sent me a new replacement light free of charge. While disappointing that the light lasted just over a year. The fact is that they do advertise a one year warranty so I do appreciate them sending me one outside of that when truthfully they didn’t have to. Their customer service was very good.

That was my experience too, got a free replacement light even though my warranty was up. Kudos to them for that but I still worry about the longevity of it since so many have failed and for some guys repeatedly.

@OracleLights been having this same issue on my son’s Bronco and he’s had zero success getting things resolved trying to message / email company.
What can we do to help out a college kid that loves the look of his flush lights?

Thanks.

I’m surprised people are still buying these. That’s a lot of money to only last one year.

Not everyone has problems. I've had mine almost 3 years and have had no issues.

I was just saying there have been a lot with problems. Many people had the same problem with Oracle’s grill lights dying right after the warranty period as well.

Any company can have a bad run of products or issues that come up later on in real world use - it’s how they stand behind that product and correct it that makes the company. So hopefully I’ll hear some good news soon.

Same here..I still love 'em.

Had the for the better part of three years and aside from the fast blink inside on the dash (the outside blinks normal)...which I believe is just the resistor pack (first one side then the other 6m later) gone south. I would buy again!!
You can fix that via Forscan

Well add me to the list of first production Oracle taillight failures. 2.5 years (until a friend following me pointed it out).

Guess I should have looked here first because Mark Levi at Oracle customer service is doing nothing for me other than a 15% discount off the $615 full cost to replace them. Horseman ain’t doing that.
