Audio stops playing shortly after startup

wondering if anyone else has this behavior with their audio when starting

Start the Bronco and the screen does it's startup sequence, a few seconds in it starts playing either radio or carplay pending what was last set to
then about 10-20 seconds in when it's fully finished the startup sequence it stops playing audio until I select and play something
haven't figured out any set pattern to it, does it with it set to FM or carplay

Yes it happens. I believe it has to do with Carplay. I'm not sure there is a work-around but it's annoying.
