Radio Preset: Something Went Wrong Please Retry Shortly

On my first radio present I’m constantly getting the message “something went wrong please retry shortly” where the song title should be. I’ve switched around the stations in that preset and the issue remains. It started about a month ago, not sure if it coincided with an OTA update. I’ve only tried SiriusXM stations so it’s possible it’s an issue with them but since it’s tied only to the first preset it seems an infotainment issue. The fix is switching to the next channel and then back and then the title appears, so it’s not a big deal, but it is odd and a bit annoying.

Has anyone seen this message come up?

You may have to do a factory reset on your Sync system...not sure But that has fixed other people's Gremlins.
