You won’t be disappointed, I’ve had mine for almost 2 years

I have had mine for almost two years as well and they are very solid, no rust and an easy install. Worth the money. Anyone complaining due to rocker damage or off roading issues should know to remove them before doing so. Great product and has weathered two years on my Bronco!

I was far from complaining. I admitted fault. I just wanted others to learn from my mistakes.

"Real" updates, with actual information? Or "Your order is in the queue" or "We will send tracking information when your item is ready to ship" Updates?

Because the "updates" that I've received aren't really updates at all.

Yeah, the same updates as you then. May 4th will be three months since I ordered. But I believe the wait will be well worth it.

Ordered 2 pairs of Stirrups on Jan 18 and have only received “canned” email replies. Have tried direct emails, no phone available, and am now messaging via B6G. My wife struggles daily to get in and out of the Bronco. Yes, these were supposed to be the best and yes was aware the delivery could be 4-8 weeks. We are now at May 5th and not one specific response to a request on delivery date. I have tried so many times with no response. I am now getting more than frustrated. It is more than disappointing when the product was paid for immediately yet we are left out hanging on the actual delivery. The $ should not be charged until the day they ship. Was understanding ….. now just want an achievable delivery date or will back out charge from Visa. Thanks!!

Heh JB ….. yes, received email from Tracy the next day. Advised another 4-6 weeks needed to get them out to me. I have waited this long and they say good things come to those who wait …… right? Will post to advise when received.

Any idea what order number they are up to? I'm on week 9 so I know I still have a ways to go.

After 4 weeks, I emailed in to get an idea and they said "We are currently running a production lead time of about 12-14 weeks".
