I placed an order on the 2nd with @StickerFab and haven't heard anything about it or gotten a response to my email inquiring about an ETA on it. Anyone seen or heard from them lately?

I ordered something a few weeks ago and received it last week. Think it took a few business days to ship but nothing out the ordinary.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. I lost my fulfillment couple and then got one back the other day. Your email came in at 451 PM our time (EST). The support girl is in around 8AM-3PM CST.

We started doing orders in batches to catch up and you're towards the beginning of a batch which makes the delay a little longer.

I'll make sure it gets kicked out this morning. We are clawing our way back to normal with longer days and weekends.

I wouldn't have made my recent order if I had read this forum first. I can't stand waiting for anything, especially in this day and age where it seems inexcusable. I'll gladly pay more to get it within a reasonable amount of time. Don't care or want to hear about about why. I also don't need a $10 bribe to get it sooner after ordering. Putting something in envelope and typing an address may take 1-2 minutes. Oh well.

What's inexcusable is the sense of entitlement and the desire for immediate gratification these days. Since you don't care or want to hear why your order didn't ship in two minutes, perhaps this will help you not compare your experience to that of in stock items on Amazon, with warehouses full of automated conveyor lines in your nearest city:

Looking at the current info easily found online (62,000+ customers and 150,000+ orders shipped) all fulfilled by a three person team (including the owner) that started in September of 2021, let's look at some averages over the four years since they opened:

150,000 orders over 1,460 days is nearly 103 orders per day, ranging from one item to multiple items.

144 orders per day with three people working five days/week is 48 orders each person, per day.

Now, even if they all worked five tens, they'd all need to set up and produce any range of products for each entire order of x-amount of items, every 12.5 minutes - to be the robots you desire them to be.

But taken literally, your statement is correct as my Base hasn't really had any issues!!!

A "reasonable amount of time", and a "timely manner" are relative. If your idea of those don't align with the estimated lead time of a supplier, then no one is forcing you to place an order.

You had the solution to get your order sooner to your liking at your fingertips, before you placed the order. You flex about your willingness to gladly paying more for something to get it sooner, yet you chose not to - comparing it to a bribe. Then you searched out this thread to cast a shadow on their attentiveness to you. Unreal.

I'm not a genius, but 150,000 orders from 62,000 customers, means they were return customers. More than once eludes to happy and satisfied customers. I hope your view changes after receiving and enjoying your order.


Edit to add: And yes, I am one of those happy and satisfied return customers, if you were wondering. My first order with a bunch of sticker items was delivered within 12 days, and my second order of a Mini Bull Bar was delivered within 3 days.
