Looks great! So after seeing it in person, what are your perceptions about the flat black rear swing gate?

It is certainly different - but it doesn't bother me at all. It is what it is.

It sounds like much adoo about nothing to me about those detractors that complain about it. If I was lucky enough to buy one, I would leave it be as it is only original once and it is unique. Congratulations!

Just off of the transport truck at the dealership - filthy dirty and all. This is my first 6G Bronco, and this one is certainly beefier in person than it looked in the photos. Should be a lot of fun

Absolutely! That will buy me a few hours before the haters sitting around in their tighty whities show up and start in again! Real car/truck guys w/ great cars & trucks never criticize other folks vehicles because we don't need to.

I also have zero issues with the flat black tailgate. Does not bother me at all. I actually thinks it looks cool, but then again, I am quirky like that.
