Anyone make Plastic Bed Rail Caps?

I just installed and these seem to fit and look great. Per IAG, protector intended to be used with soft top, but "compatible" with hard top with a minor alteration. I had to drill/cut a hole in each rubber protector for one of the hardtop position pins. Have not reinstalled top, so fingers crossed it fits. Also hoping protector adds a mm or two, to alleviate tailgate lip from clipping lower flip up window when closing tailgate....

Good morning, I myself are using these and getting a hardtop tomorro. Can you help me understand where to two holes are you had to drill?
