Anyone installed TerunSoul D016 Dashcam?

Hi all,

My wife got me a TerunSoul D016 dashcam for Christmas that I need to get around to installing. I searched the forums and don't see anyone who has done this yet (with this brand/model). I have a 2025 OuterBanks.

From what I can tell, my biggest challenge will be power. This is a 4K Ultra HD Dual Dashcam (front & rear). Input voltage needs to be 5V/3A and from what I can deduce, the power that already exists in the rear-view mirror is not enough, nor is the dash-mounted USB port.

I did see a great thread by someone who replaced/up-powered the dash USB port, but wanted to see if anyone has done this for the rear-view mirror power? (I am hoping to hide all of the cables, I don't like clutter.)

Thanks, but I'm specifically asking if anyone's solved the power supply issue in the 2025 Outerbanks Bronco for installing the TerunSoul.

What you shared was the generic installation instructions (which I already have).

If anyone can help me solve the power question, or any TerunSoul tips - specific to the '25 Bronco - much appreciated!
