Anyone installed the Bliestien 5100s? I want to just install the front and use the 1” lift slot to level it out. Much better option than spacer lift. Have the 5100s on my FJ Cruiser for 8 years and love them. Just wondering which model number. Some say they’re just for the 2 door. Mines the BB stock suspension. Didn’t think there was a difference in the 2 door and 4 door suspension? Thanks for any input.

If all you want is another 1" and stay with a 33" tire I would just do spacers.

I bought 5100 because I want more offroad travel and going to be running heavy 35" tires. I also want more than a 2" lift so definitely a better choice than maxing out the factory Hitachi shocks.

I would not recommend running to different shocks between the front and back. You will not like the stiffer front and loose rear feal. It will be like the rear bounces to much.

Thanks for the input. I already put 35s on. So it would be best to do back and front? Maybe go up a little more in the front to level it out.

I would do it 5100 front and back with 35" tires. I know you will get 100k miles out of the 5100 and be much happier with the ride. Your getting SAS equivalent shocks with the 5100s for $500-600.

Run as much or a little lift as you want. I really like the look of 2" front and 1" rear and 35" tires.

That sounds like a plan! Where did you purchase yours?
