anyone able to track BNSF rail?

It seems like BNSF is kind of a black hole of the railway - no way to track on their site without a client login, and no phone number to track railcars there ... has anyone had any luck?

Not me. I called CSX because chat said it's through CSX but when after 5 attempts, I could not get any information from them, like they didn't have rail car number in their system
