If the CSX tracker says, "placed at customer location," I'm assuming that means it's been placed at final rail yard correct and will now just be waiting for convoy to pick up????
So mine shipped by rail on 9/23 and it's final destination is the depot in San Antonio, TX. As of yesterday morning, it's still in Kerens, TX with no new updates. Window of delivery is supposed to be between 10/8 and 10/14 but with how slow this frickin train is going, i'm assuming it will be at...
Oh I did that, multiple times, then it transferred me to another automated system which asked for my csx userid and when I said I didn't have one, it transferred me to a number that rang twice and then said "number is not in service." :(
Wow, how did you get that! I've tried speaking clearly and also used keypad per directions but nothing! Thank you for letting me know though, I really appreciate it!
Ford chat says mine is on CSX but the rail car is BNSF301600 and when I try to call CSX, it's like it can't find number. Everyone has said you can't trace BNSF but then others say CSX still tracks it all the way. Any thoughts????
Yeah that didn't work either. The chat confirmed again today it's through CSX but when I call and put in initials, it then forwards me to prompt asking for user id, then when I say I don't have one, it then forwards me to customer service rep and number rings twice before it tells me that number...
Not me. I called CSX because chat said it's through CSX but when after 5 attempts, I could not get any information from them, like they didn't have rail car number in their system :(
Yes, I got shipped email on 9/21/22. Last week when I checked, there was no railcar info but when I chatted today, she gave me railcar information. She said it was on CSX but the initials are BNSF and when I tried to call CSX, they didn't have the info so I guess it was on CSX and got switched...

I tried to call to get tracking information using my rail car number but every time I enter it, it basically is acting like it doesn't exist???? Anyone else have this issue????
