What? How does that make sense? Do you consider desert pinstripe aka scratches a battle scar also?Battle scar. I'd embrace it!
Yep. I do. For me the Bronco is a tool. For others i understand it is a show car. Rashes, scratches, bumps, bruises don't really ruin my day. What? How does that make sense? Do you consider desert pinstripe aka scratches a battle scar also?
Well I respect your opinion and I hope you respect mine.Yep. I do. For me the Bronco is a tool. For others i understand it is a show car. Rashes, scratches, bumps, bruises don't really ruin my day.
Of course! As I said in my reply, "I'd embrace it." I did not say "You should embrace it".Well I respect your opinion and I hope you respect mine.
That is the perfect way to put it!Of course! As I said in my reply, "I'd embrace it." I did not say "You should embrace it".
It’s a family here. Families seldom agree on everything! That’s what we all love about this forum. That is the perfect way to put it!
Nope, it's a fact of life if you wheel out here. AKA California pinstripingDo you consider desert pinstripe aka scratches a battle scar also?
i did it putting the door on no i did not damage the door was just asking if someone makes something to go there to protect the pillar and to keep from beating the door edge upAre you sure you did it putting the doors on? I'm assuming you drove around with them off, unless removed for cleaning, photos or practice or something like that, could you have ding it then, but because of lighting and curves you could have just missed it before putting door on?
If done while putting door back on, maybe it slipped and you heard it hit for example, did it damage the door where it hit?
I know people have posted about damage to doors and the consensus seems to be some sort of protection like a pool noddle cut open and put around the door's edges and/or form or padding on floor and etc. is good to have.
What would be cool is a stand that holds door in position while removing & installing.
