I have the ambient lighting option in my 2022 bronco wildtrak. When i try changing the color from the factory blue to any other color nothing happens. I can click every color but nothing changes. Is there a way to fix this using forscan or anything?

Did you change the LEDs?
Or?
Did you just enable that function in forscan?
2022 did not have color changing ambient lighting.

If you upgraded the floor lights to the color-changing versions (and possibly got the harness and added them to under the front seats), then you need to ensure you made the right Forscan changes. There are two Forscan changes required to enable the ambient lighting change menu and then make it work.

There is another great thread here with 15+ pages that has all the details.
