I've got the Putco you linked. I installed them about 18 months ago and they are still operating perfectly. Same for me. 2021 Badlands and already had the camera recall addressed last year. I only have the rear shock recall outstanding in the app.

Yes I was able to figure it out. I was changing the "DRL Usage" settings and what you need to change are the "Turn Lamp Usage". Change those to Turn and DRL and those amber turn signals stay amber as DRLs (during the day only). And they do flash when turn signal is engaged.
