This.No doubt. My biggest complaint about Ford is the fact that missinformation has been allowed to continue. We used to be able to work as a team on here to get messages across. Seems like B6G has cancer now...(not directed at you).
True, with the explosion of forum membership since the reveal, this is no longer the old neighborhood. No doubt. My biggest complaint about Ford is the fact that missinformation has been allowed to continue. We used to be able to work as a team on here to get messages across. Seems like B6G has cancer now...(not directed at you).
and as usual... crickets from Ford .... nothing. No communications. No apology, no explanation. No acknowledgement of all the problems, no acknowledgment of our frustrations ... it's very clear that they truly don't give a rats ass.
I have to agree - the incredible shiftiness, vague, overall secretive information & then disinformation, if ever I thought finally I wasn't going get my legged pulled at the same time wool over my eyes, this ISN'T going to be it. It totally dissolves any confidence I had. Way back at announcement there would be a new Bronco I said just wait this will be a $50K vehicle & be out of reach for most. Looking like it more & more now.So true. I am a Ford fan, but have to admit that Ford is messing this up.
Release a half-baked B&P and keep it inaccurate for months, unleash dealer chicanery by eliminating x-plan, secretly prioritize dealer allocation over customer reservations, reveal that "200" accessories means an overpriced winch and some generic stuff, create bizarre polarizing interior trim colors, fail to keep reservation holders informed, announce a points "appreciation gift" then immediately slap customers with a price increase. Great job, Ford!
In addition to these issues, I have lost confidence in aftermarket support. BaseSquatch would have been fun to build, but I am now forced to concede that significant aftermarket upgrades are a fantasy and Ford won't build MY21 base models if they have parts to build an expensive model instead. BL or BD perhaps only viable choice now.
I will keep my 7/13 reservation and let it expire in March if things don't improve.
I hear you, I started with a 2 door base sas, then 4 door Black Diamond, now for the price I’m considering a Wildtrack. Ford killed the value off roader?Same for me and this is a problem. I now need to decide if I want my Bronco to be my ultimate off-roader and go up to the Badlands or if I just want the style with casual trails and get the base base. The base Sasquatch lost its value appeal to me.

Nice work!Assuming the "all in" cost of adding Sasquatch to Base and Big Bend gets corrected to remove the "double cost" of the 10sp, the individual component values add up like this......
