Airpod retrieval help

My son dropped his airpod on the side of the backseat. Sounds like it is between the backseat and the cargo space. Under the divider. Is there an easy way to take that off or am I looking at a major ordeal? Appreciate the help.

It just lifts up as I recall. You might need to remove the cargo flooring first, not sure. Here's the service manual:
