The first video came out in May and still no product. The last 2 videos are just repeating how great this hardtop is. I agree they should just update us weekly on whats delaying the release.

The only video I care about at this point is the apparent “Apocalypse Now” of videos: the extremely difficult to complete video of the headliner…

I'm sure the headliner is the part we're all waiting on.

I sure hope it is the headliner or the way it fastens to the top .

I am going to wait this out but a person has to ask what is the real issue ?

Did the buried nuts not hold torque , the tops twist after some time , the beautiful back glass not fit correctly?

Better to wait for a perfect product and not prying at them for transparency but one has to wonder what happened

If the headliner is the issue, @ADV Fiberglass should take a page from Ford - Reach out to customers and let them know, providing three options:

  1. Wait for your original order, whenever the headliner is ready.
  2. Start shipping orders now if you’re ok with dropping the headliner option.
  3. Offer the headliner as an add-on later on, depending on installation requirements (this may not be possible).
I’m willing to bet some folks, myself included, would highly consider dropping the headliner to save a few bucks and get our hardtop shipped.

I just ordered an Anderson Composits and they said 20 weeks out. The wait sucks but couldn't wait on ADV anymore.

You'll love it. I love mine, the shop I ordered from told me 12 weeks and it was 12 weeks. Only issue I had is one of the gas shocks on the glass went out. Not a big deal to replace it.

I would definitely let the headliner come when it’s ready , wasn’t it a option anyway ?

You would think the non headliner tops would be clear to go

Is the headliner you are mentioning, the 'Sound Deadening"?

This 100%...
I've wondered if they saw Anderson's headliner (which looks FAR superior to OEM) and decided to pivot away from their original plan, but Hell, I'd take empty egg cartons for a headliner if I could get my top now!
If ADV will ship me a top with the headliner installed, I'll gladly help them out by posting a video.

I’ll wait it out for headliner and all. I love the smell of a freshly glued headliner in the morning.

Nothing new in this latest video. Literally the exact same info. I like how the first thing they mention (again) in the video is the slant back following the body's line. They can't toot their own horn enough with that part.

I didn't order one myself, but I'm starting to get frustrated for you all that did. I don't really square the blame on ADV's shoulders though. It just freaking sucks plain and simple.

In the Bronco "business" model, it appears that merchants want full payment first even if they don't have the product in stock. This is not just ADV but a lot of other business' that sell Bronco related products.
