Well, I heard back from them this morning. My order is shipping into September now apparently, so that's confirmed I wasn't a day 1 purchaser, but ordered in November 2022. Hoping some of you folks get yours in August at least.

I think we're all in that ballpark...Even hour 1's unless you have a Youtube channel lol

The reply I got back today said "... will contact you when your top is finished (September). ..."

Again, I'm hoping this is a case of ADV trying not to "over promise", and it'll be a bit sooner.
At least I should have it before the deluge of winter snow in Texas... Oh Wait...

My wife is having a laughing fit -- worse that when I ordered the Bronco.
Another waterfowl season without backup lights on my hard top is coming up
Hopefully the soft top lasts until the hard top shows up.
The buyer of my soft top is probably going nuts, another summer lost.

Two things have taught me patience. The ATF and Ford.

It does seem weird that it’s taking so long to ship after finishing them.

the bronco curse of nothing happens quickly has extended to aftermarket parts, at least most bronco owners are not new to this lol

In all reality, I'm not holding my breath til September...I'm being very conservative and looking to bring my Christmas gifts to the fam while I pick up my hardtop.

I know it's a joke, but I said almost the exact same thing when I made a joke about July in March...

I don't disagree with most of your points - I think the "blame supply chain" for the delays is behind us (for this top I mean).

The target keeps moving, and moving, and moving and it just gives a false set of expectations. I appreciate some of this is out of their control, but the issue holding things up was this rubber shipment - which has arrived and is being installed on the tops. If there's units done and ready to ship, then start cranking them out is all we're saying.

I agree. I've been checking in periodically and have been given a ship date based on when I ordered, and the goal post keeps moving. It's not anywhere near as frustrating as waiting as long as I did for my Bronco (and I understand it's a gigantic effort to produce and ship units on this level for ADV) but it is a long time to wait with that kind of investment to not have some kind of ballpark estimate for delivery.

It also is a little disconcerting when I see want ads for a customer service rep on their IG page. ALL of this said, I'm super excited about this top, and hopefully when they start shipping this community shares some feedback on performance, and we can see that they're finally getting out there and get excited!

When ADV first introduced the Bronco hardtop, they made a joke on their social media that the hardtops wouldn't take nearly as long as getting your Bronco. It took 589 days from the day I ordered until the day I got my Bronco. It's been 506 days since I ordered the ADV hardtop - with all of the delays I don't think the hardtop is coming in a quicker timeframe than the Bronco...
