Is it November for all previous orders, or just for new orders?
New timelines will be posted for all orders after the tooling and prototypes are approved.

Hell, if you've no plans to ship in 2022, I'm just going to charge it back. No communication, no commitments, no proof this thing will ever even exist. Sounds more like fraud than it does business.
We have every intention to ship in 2022. However the tooling and prototypes have not been approved yet which is why we are not providing updated timelines. If we provided timelines at this time (without) approval then there is a chance that they would be incorrect which is why we are waiting till everything is approved. As for your order, we are more than happy to cancel your order if you wish. Feel free to email [email protected] if you wish to do so.
You are the only company making aftermarket products that claims products need to be approved by some mysterious person or body before providing some proof to your customers that it actually exists, or providing any concrete information about your progress. If your company's owner is not willing to step in and provide some updates that don't sound like they came out of a can, and assure your customers that you actually have some kind of a viable product, then it's a sign of a terribly managed company, and a whole lot of BS to sucker the community into funding your little startup project. Sounds like you bit off more than you could chew. I'm out.
