Adding options after being scheduled for production?

Hey guys I was considering adding 4A to my order and I am already scheduled for march 13th. Does anyone know if I am still able to add this option or would it be a bad idea and possibly cause a delay? Please let me know

If you have a VIN assigned already it’s too late you cannot change any options whatsoever

Changing to the adv 4x4 transfer case means it's a different body code and a different vin..... so that's not gonna happen. You can often make minor changes after it's scheduled such as color or accessories, but not something major such as engine or transfer case.
