I feel stupid but I already put my money down for the dealership to get in an OBX for me that doesn't have aux switches. Is it difficult to wire them or have my husband wire them ourselves?
Did you order a vehicle?
if it hasnāt been scheduled yet you could ask them to add it on.
are they doing a dealer trade for a bronco for you?
Ask them to add that to the search.
donāt feel bad About asking them to do something slightly different. They want you to be happy too.
You can make changes to your order as long as it hasn't been scheduled yet. If that's the case, then get in touch with your dealer. If it's a dealer trade, then call them asap and look for another one that has the AUX switches because I guarantee you this is easier than doing AUX wiring.. Someone here did add an AUX to their Bronco but it was a lengthy and a little hard of a process.
If you just want switches and do not require OEM Upfitter switches there are tons of options that are easy to install, inexpensive, and in just about any aesthetic and technical combination you could think of. Auxbeam is a popular option just to give a starting point.
So it isnāt the end of the world if you donāt have factory upfitters.
