ACC Switched Fuse Location in Engine Compartment

I am trying to connect my running lights with a fuse tap in the engine compartment fuse box. I want them to come on when the car is running. Does anyone know which spots are ACC switched? Does it depend on trim level? Also, does the fuse tap require both fuse slots to be filled or just the top?
