9/5/22 Build week group

So after putting my reservation on 10/17/2020, it is finally mine! It came to the dealership late Friday 10/7/2022 and I picked it up Monday 10/10/2022!

I then drove it 150+ miles back upstate and couldn’t be happier how it drove. The only time I got to drive it prior was at a small driving event put on by the Ford Marketing team that Our Bronco Life is part of. There I dove a non-sad 2.3l Badlands and was impress by that!

I will say, I did not realize how big it really until I got in it and also parked next to my girlfriends 4Runner.

My dealer gave me price protection upon delivery of the Bronco, so I assume that Ford reimburses them.

He also said their accountant had to set up a separate fund for PP, so I guess its just up to the dealer to take off of invoice or cut a check to the customer after Ford reimburses them.

Blend 9/9, built 9/13, shipped 9/20. Three weeks on a train to NM and still no word from Ford or my dealer. Anyone else had to wait that long for shipping? After infinite patience for two years, I just want my car!

Still waiting to ship for me! Blk Dia SAS; Blend 9/7, built 9/17 complete, & supposed to be delivered by 10/11, but no. Talked to Ford chat today and they said its still waiting to ship! I'm in SoCal-LA.

I just want to know what the hold up is. I can wait since I'm not in a rush right now, but just let us know what is going on FORD!

A credit union near me quoted me at 3.49% and I'm not a member of them yet but its valid for 60 days if I decide to go with them. The rates are nearly double when from when my girlfriends got her new 4Runnner back in March, she was definitely in the low 2's from a bank local to the Toyota dealership. Her friend bought a Toyota as well and went to the credit union I went to and got mid 2's around that same time.

Anyone one know what Ford is offering or what people are getting from Ford at this time? Wondering if Ford would have better rate as the credit union and myself are 2 hours away from the dealership. If they could match or get under 4% then I take that for ease of the transaction.

I had this same idea until I went shopping for loans and found out no banks other than credit unions even do it anymore. The response I get from the main banks is "we already work with that dealership and you have to go through them". This countries banking system is as corrupt as its government.

Probably get a better rate from a credit union any how.

We have the same blend date so mine should've been completed around the same time as yours! I haven't gotten the assembly line photo and still waiting to ship to SoCal-LA. Blend 9/7 and Built 9/17 complete waiting to ship.

What was your place in line and rotation# from the window sticker?
Mine was = 0150/1096 (so mine was 150th to be built out of 1096 units to be built)

If they sent you a pic from the finished build then mine should be around the same time! Ford Chat said its still waiting to ship and I would love to see a photo of it finished. From what Ford said and the tracker shows, mine is still sitting in the yard waiting to go on the train!

I am confused on how Ford deems what Broncos will be shipped and when. Ours has been built since 9/8. Was supposed to ship 27 Sept-3 Oct that didn’t happen. Got an update 2 days ago saying to would be shipped 7 Oct-13 Oct…it has not been shipped. I am beyond frustrated. I know there is another person on here that has been waiting since Aug for theirs to ship. Ours isn’t pending anything hence my confusion as to why it’s still sitting in Michigan. I’ve seen people with this build week that live in Texas and have gotten their Broncos. So it can’t be because they are awaiting a train to TX.

There certainly seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it. I just got a call from my dealer that mine is in, so it took over three weeks once "in transit." If we've learned anything from Ford, it's don't get too excited when they give you a date for something...

I had really wanted to have it in time for Leaf season in WNC, and driving with the top off, but that window is closing quickly.

I'm with you man, this wait has been killer. Way worse than checking the backdoor once a week to see if it was scheduled for production. Mine says shipped (since 10/3) but I called Ford today and they say it's completed and has been released but hasn't actually made it on a train yet. So, no rail car number or anything. Just waiting for a train to pick it up and bring it down to Texas, for almost two weeks now.
