I got my rail car number from Chat and my rail car is already on the move towards Kansas City. Currently Roanoke IL. Based on my Lightning experience, it should arrive at the Kansas City Voltz yard Wednesday evening.

I'm still awaiting shipment also.In order track I'm still "Awaiting Shipment". At least you guys have been moved into an actual shipping status.
Did you try again with Ford Chat to see if you received a better response? What fresh hell is this?
Last week I got a rail car number, and its location made sense, tracked it to SC where it is “constructively place”. I went on Ford Chat to see if they had an update, she tells me it’s on the Ramp in MI? But still gave me the rail car from last week. Is this just a case of last known location before it got on the train? Anybody have experience with this?
So any delay threatens to have it arrive in KC at or after the rail strike starts. Yippie. My Bronco is likely on that train as I have one set to arrive at my Olathe dealership by 9/15.I got my rail car number from Chat and my rail car is already on the move towards Kansas City. nice! Are you going by Norfolk Southern? I’m left Roanoke, IL early this afternoon, stopped at Peru,IL and is on its way to KC, MO. Wonder if we are on the same train??I got my rail car number from Chat and my rail car is already on the move towards Kansas City. Currently Roanoke IL. And I thought I was getting a private car!!!nice! Are you going by Norfolk Southern? I’m left Roanoke, IL early this afternoon, stopped at Peru,IL and is on its way to KC, MO. Wonder if we are on the same train??
We should beat the clock on this train unless it gets delayed by two days. My Lightning took the same route. It was at Roanoke on 8/8 at 9:29 am and arrived at Voltz on 8/10 at 1:15 am. It got offloaded from the railcar at 3:30pm on 8/10.So any delay threatens to have it arrive in KC at or after the rail strike starts. Yippie. Yep it appears we are on the same train. Those are the exact times I got when I called. I couldn’t figure out the 4:57 one considering I called at 4:18 lol. Hey at least we are moving! I hope you are right and we beat the clock. I’m not in the same car as you but same train so maybe you did get a private car!!We

Got my rail info from chat, I am also Norfolk Southern. Unfortunately though when I call the only thing I’ve heard is Oakwood Michigan 5:12 am this morning. Doesn’t leave me very hopeful that it’ll reach central North Carolina before this rail strike. We

Where in SC? My rail car ended in Cayce, SC yesterdayNot unlike getting flight information for people flying into/through Charlotte, Ford chat can tell me the rail information, but can't actually confirm if it has left the plant. Thinking of standing on my rooftop yelling "Bronco" for the echoing response of "No Show" (a la Marco-Polo). How did we manage to finally get our Broncos built, only to land in a rail strike?!?! This pretty much confirms I am getting personalized plates that say "GODOT" (as in Waiting for Godot). Sigh.
UPDATED, Going to try this next (thanks Google):
"Is there a way to track CSX trains?
Touch Trace: Get the tracking information you need over the phone, at any time, from any place with Touch Trace Telephone Tracking: Trace rail cars with Touch Trace: dial 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279), options 2-1-3."
UPDATE 2: Holy smokes, Batman, my railcar arrived in SC (nearby) at 5:44pm today!
My railcar arrived in Greenwood, SC at 5:44pm 9/12, and was headed next to Dixiana, SC (which seems pretty close to Cayce...maybe I am wrong and it was in Dixiana before Greenwood? They said 2am, so could be either I guess if it was 2am on 9/12 and not as I am assuming 2am on 9/13). I'm not sure where it's supposed to get off to head back north a little to Charlotte. When I talked to the dealer last week, they mentioned the rail strike and SC, so I'm guessing it's supposed to pass though SC. Is yours CSX?Where in SC? My rail car ended in Cayce, SC yesterday
