Same!!! Waiting on original- reserved 9/2020. Ordered and reordered. Then did a whole new order on 1/24/21 and got a build date. Different dealerships though.

Question, any of you who did not make A reservation not get an email? My dealer gave me my build date and my Vin number. I’ve confirmed both by calling Ford. I have yet to get any kind of an email other than the original one from when I first placed this order. I had read that people who did not have reservations would not receive any kind of an email or be able to see their order in the tracker until they were issued a Vin number. It’s been almost a week and I’ve seen neither for this order. My original reservation/order is there.

Hi - 6/27 build week here, picked up my Bronco last week. I was not a reservation holder. I didn’t receive any emails from Ford throughout the process (other than the Bronco Rodeo emails). Only way I found about my build week and subsequent bumps was to contact to Ford chat. My dealer didn’t even keep me up to date. He said unless they physically log in to check on your order, they are not pushed any notifications about updates to our orders. I also never received a baby pic of my Bronco, probably same email issue. Anyway, congrats on taking a big step forward to getting your Bronco

I did not receive an email, just happened to hit the backdoor link this week. this is all my order shows. I called my dealer just to say hi and tell them I saw that I got pulled.

Thanks for this. Yeah, I figured I would start doing a weekly Friday check in with Ford to see about build status. Congratulations on receiving yours!!

That's GREAT!! Unfortunately for me, I did not have a reservation on this particular order, so backdoor won't work for me. I have also used the VIN tracking tool here, and it is not picking it up. I was able to manually add my VIN to my Ford Account as one of my vehicles, but no information on production is given. I'll just call in weekly to check on it.

I received a call from my dealer with the build week and a VIN, but when I use the backdoor link, I get the same information as you. Mine doesn't say my production week or even scheduled for production. Could it be that this was a walk in order after my reservation is still sitting there and never looked at from a different dealer???

Mine is the same. I don't think it gets updated until the vehicle is actually in production from what I've heard.

Never thought the day would come that I would do anything but lurk (sadly) around here. Aug 17 2020 reservation.

And then the Ford Gods smiled upon me - my Outer Banks 4dr in the Aug 29 build week; Ford advises a Sept 28th build date. Had to call my dealer on a whim on Monday to find out about this; Ford CS rep confirmed it for me, with a VIN, today. And my order is now up on the Vehicle Order Tracking system.

It’s just crazy to me that my build week is now a month away and still no communication from ford or my dealer. If not for the back door link I wouldn’t know that I could be potentially having my bronco built in a month. Granted I do expect high chance of some of us getting pushed out to a further build week but still you would think at this point they would make sure you’re aware.

Dealers are funny like that. I don't think they are accustomed to communicating the various build and delivery stages with order holders. They for sure aren't used to this new paradigm where we as reservation holders have tools like the backdoor tracker to figure out what is going on.

When I saw I was scheduled, I sent my salesperson an email letting her know. She had also just found out I was scheduled and responded to my email immediately. I have had regular email and phone communication with her for the past 1-1/2 years on my Bronco which I think is unusual.

I would suggest reaching out to your dealer just to let them know you are aware and excited about your Bronco.

My Bronco is scheduled for 8/29/22 Build Week too! FINALLY!!!! WOOOHOOO! Being a Reservation Holder since July 2020, I wanted to wait out any first year issues. Ordered mine just before they closed the window for 2022 orders.

Yea I imagine this entire process is just as confusing for the assigned sales associates. It also doesn’t help that my salesperson has changed about three times since placing my reservation back in 2020. Shit happens, people change jobs.

none the less I am happy to finally be towards the end of this journey!
