I was just kidding, - i have no idea if/what the holdup is. -- They could be testing it in a mudbog for all I know - or crashed it on the way off the assembly line-- I'm a glass half empty kinda guy

Now showing as built.I'm an 8/2 blend. Modules and tear tag populated late 8/3 I believe but still showing "in production". I ordered the removable hoop step so I'm assuming that's installed on a different line and holding it up from moving to "built".
Knowing mine is produced, but my trackers are stuck in In Production because Raptors aren’t being Released yet, I am guessing Built is somewhere after that In Production - Produced step.Truthfully we don’t completely know because we don’t know how the statuses on the publicly available tracker match up with the statuses on Ford’s internal tracking system.
Ford’s internal system has an “In Production - Produced” status but that doesn’t actually mean the vehicle is fully completed. All that means it is has gone down the main assembly line, and it could be later sent somewhere else later. The status that means it is fully completed is “Awaiting Shipment - Released”. That means Ford has completed all of their QA checks and released the vehicle to the logistics folks.
So when the public tracker says “Built” does that mean it has been released? Or does it just mean it made the trip down the main assembly line? We have no idea.
Most of the people who were waiting on components earlier this year we’re stuck “In Production” on the public tracker, so you are probably safe. But there were a handful of people who had blend dates in April that had the status of “Built” but it actually took months for them to be shipped. Those people were likely impacted by the windshield recall and not microchip shortages, but all guesses on our part.
