Ford chat now says my delivery window of 9/11-9/17 is actually the estimated shipping window. Not sure if thats the same for others, but i thought i'd share.

Good morning Everyone! I spoke with for customer service yesterday on the phone.. For those of use who are stuck in "in production/produced" status, I would recommend calling customer support or following up with your dealer.

I found out Saturday through chat that I was placed on a chip hold at some point last week. I called customer service yesterday as well as my salesman and they both confirmed yesterday that the system has updated to a chip hold .The chip that is causing my build from being completed is for the built in connected nave. Which means anyone who has a Lux/High trim package and is still stuck in production most likely is waiting on this chip.

Wanted to share the information. For those still waiting to get released hopefully that day will arrive sooner rather than later! Stay positive, we are definitely closer to the end than the begining.

No, and I never figured out how to track through CNR. I was expecting CSX to Northern California but mine was shipped CNR also. My guess is they’re sending them however they can…. I had the sales mgr at my dealership track mine in their system… it’s still sitting in the rail yelled in NorCal 2ish hours away and will probably be there awhile….It’s kind of a mini black hole. Idc, I’m getting the windshield replaced in my sonata in the morning then she’s going to carmax… lol

Well mine has been stuck in Houston (less than 3 hours from me) for like 2 weeks. But I finally got a picture yesterday. It’s like they’re teasing me at this point
