my railcar letters are TTGX do I give them all? 2? I’ve tried them all nothing has worked

I give them the TTGX AND THEN THE 6 DIGIT NUMBER WHEN PROMPT

Are they having shipping issues with Convoy trucks also? We have been built for 10 days and yet to ship via Convoy to dealership in Indiana. Wish I could just drive to MAP or wherever they are storing the built vehicles and pick it up myself!

That was actually what the representative said first, truck convoy scheduling. I then said that I was rail and he said it is affecting both sides.

8/2, rep said it’s completely built even though it shows “in production” but they won’t update status until shipping is confirmed.

Contacted by dealer today and email from Ford with an updated 9/7 to 9/13 delivery to Geweke Ford in Yuba City.

Just got a email last night after posting from ford saying that it has moved to shipped. Still has the same arrival time of 9/6-9/12. At least it has moved over to shipped…

Same … even got the ‘need additional time’ email about 5:15 yesterday, then the shipped email came at 1:36 this morning, Hopefully they don’t have to sit long before trucking here from Portland.. eta still 9/4-9/10. Guess I’ll see if I can get railcar info today
