2 Door just looks so much better than a 4 door, and the Wildtrak is just a sexy combo all around
I agree. I love the 2d. But my GF wanted the 4d. Now suddenly she wants a 2d for herself 🤔

Spoke with a different nice lady at Ford marketing today, but didn't like her answer as well....lol. Monday the lady told me my Bronco had been released to the carrier...sounds like shipped to me or at least handed off, and when I asked about tracking numbers she said call back later in the week I bet I'll be able to see more. That was a long wait :ROFLMAO: , but today felt later in the week enough, so I called, and this lady said it was built awaiting pickup, and no they don't have access to tracking numbers....hmmmm, I could've sworn I've seen people here say they got it when they called? Anyway, she said the new ETA (originally Aug 9-15) was now SEPTEMBER 13th....(bangs head against desk repeatedly) But she was built back in July, even went into production early on the 13th!!!! Grrrrr!! I feel like the horse that has the carrot dangling attached to his head that he can never quite get :cautious:

I think I'm getting the Ford trail armor rocker panels that cover the pinch welds. Being in Michigan with salty winters, I don't like the steel bolt-on covers that I see from Mabett and others that will probably promote corrosion. ...
Yeah... I live in the land of anti-seize Michigan as well. I was surprised what was aluminum and what was steel on these Broncos. Rear bottom corners, tail gate, doors, front corner panels, and hood all aluminum. Rocker panels, pinch seam, and upper rear panels all steel. I had assumed they used what they learned from the 2015+ F150s that rocker panels and seams were the first to rust and to keep 'em aluminum. SMH, this will get coated as soon as possible.

I'd also add, I would not use covers, especially in MI. It'll just hold the brine every time you step in. IMO, it just hides a pending terrible issue until it is too late.

Ugh, soon! It's so worth the wait.

Yeah, which is why I don’t like the aftermarket ones. These ones from Ford are a plastic, use adhesive on the top side stop moisture, has recesses and drain holes, and doesn’t wrap under/behind the welds. It’s a much better design than what else is out there.

Thanks, it’s driving me nuts, so close and yet so far!! I could’ve driven there in about 14 hours if I remember correctly and been back home with it a month ago! The delays are just making the almost $2k delivery charge sting that much more. Most of what I’ve seen is Midwest and southern people on this build week getting shipped, any other northeastern peeps out there hoping to share that seemingly elusive ride here?
It still baffles me that a human can be created and delivered in less time than my Bronco………🤔🤔🤣😉

I don't have kids, but I'm treating my Bronco like my first born child. 🥸

Fly is in Pearland! Just waiting delivery to dealer. Was hoping I could get there in time to catch a ride on his truck to the dealer 😂
According to the rail tracker, RELEASED TO CUSTOMER!

Hoping to get a call from the dealer tomorrow. If I don’t pick it up Saturday, hoping early next week.

@Fly88 hell yeah, congrats 🎉🍾. I finally made it to temple a little while ago. Hoping I can get to Pearland by this weekend. Let me know how the pick up and sales process goes at Planet Ford
