I didn't get the good news I was hoping for today.
My initial delivery estimate indicated yesterday at the latest. At the dealership Tuesday, my salesperson told me he was expecting it to arrive by then or possibly today. Unfortunately, it hasn't shown up. He checked my status and it now is marked as delayed, but said it only says that because the system sees it hasn't been delivered within the estimated time frame. He said that until it is marked as delayed for a particular reason, he believes it will be here within the next day or two.
Unfortunately, it means I won't get it for Saturday and my Carmax offer will have expired and I'll need to have my trade re-appraised. Not too big of a deal but really wanted to take it to the beach this weekend!

Tried the CSX tracker again. Delivery to Gibson, IN is now updated to the 7th. Still sitting at the Wayne, Michigan yard.
Definitely call about the certificate. I don’t think chat has that info.

I’m not sure what folks are getting, honestly. Just tell them you’re wondering if you have any certificates for your order and they should know what you mean. I was given a certificate number for a transitional offer. But I was told it ultimately comes down to the dealer to accept the offer or not. Either way, I have the certificate number and we'll see what happens when the time comes.

I reached out to marketing, and no certificates were out there for my build - which is honestly what I was expecting since I only ordered in April, after the first mid-year price increases. Delivery to NC is estimated to be at the end of the month (Aug 28), but no production update other than the automated stuff from Ford Chat.
