Noticed on my Order tracker that despite being in the built status since 6/26, the last update was 7/9. I got this from the Live chat operator:

I'm checking your order status and I see that your vehicle is: Awaiting Shipment - ETA: Jul 11, 2023 - Jul 17, 2023 - Status as of Jul 9, 2023. With your VIN and sales code, you can start tracking your vehicle order at: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking

obviously today is the 11th so maybe the 17th? who the hell knows anymore.

Awaiting shipment is good. It means your built and now need to be released to the carrier. The next phrase you want to see from chat or marketing (on phone and much better for updates) is released to carrier. That’s means carrier (truck or rail) are assigned and should be picking up your vehicle soon. Then you’ll want to hear that it has been shipped. Or as others have seen, you get the revert back to order confirmed on tracker which means it has shipped. Good luck!

Just wanted to confirm that I have officially switched back to “in production” as of this morning! I believe it is officially on its way! I was one of the people built on 6/27 and have been waiting for rail delivery to FL. Make sure to check your tracker today folks!!

My tracker still states built.

I spoke with Ford marketing. They said Bronco is awaiting to be shipped, so hopefully soon.

I also was told that I have a Transition Private Offer. She said I could have up to a $2395 rebate, but exact amount will be determined by the dealership. She sent me an email with the program and the certificate number.

Mine rolled back to confirmed this afternoon and my dealer just said mine has a more real ETA now of 7/15. He said they had two trucks of Broncos come to the dealer (Kent OH) today and mine wasn't on it.

Nice! I’m glad you finally got a real ETA now.
My tracker hasn’t rolled back to confirmed yet and I don’t know if it will but what really sucks is that I don’t even get any emails from Ford….so I’m constantly checking up on updates with my dealer, Ford chat and the tracker.

I was built on 6/20. I’ve had so many rolling dates beginning as soon as 7/4 via Ford customer service. I had one email from Ford that said to expect it by 7/8. I called again today and they said now by the 16th although the lady said the eta was today (which obv didn’t happen lol). All of this to say, it’s a moving target and nothing Ford customer service, emails, or the trackers say can be relied upon so far in my experience. I’m in Central Michigan so I assume it’ll get to the dealer before the tracker recognizes it’s shipped. Time will tell. Meanwhile, trying not to obsess.

Still impatiently patiently waiting on a tracker roll back. I have finalized my funding, so besides setting up the insurance, all that needs to happen is it get here and we close the deal.

The last time that I got this message, my status updated within 36 hours. Someone had to be in and start the Bronco in order to clear out my request. My theory is that this one will actually ship out within 36 hours (or some other major update). This might be a back door way to see if they are being started and not completely forgotten.

Well, my dealer's website has updated with a new Bronco there, but not mine. Technically it says "in transit". It is a 23 4dr AGMT BL MIC SAS blended 5/25, built 6/27 (same day as mine), shipped 7/1 and final prep 7/12. Knowing how to read the sticker allowed me to look it up on Fords tracker.

I know I should wait until later to start getting pissed, but damn, same build date as mine? WTF. My tracker is still stuck at built.

I am in SE Michigan and that happened to me. I noticed my order flipped back to “confirmed” (last Wednesday) and Thursday got a txt from dealer saying it was delivered. So might happen with you too!
