I’m located in Canada and unfortunately I don’t receive any emails of the process or once it’s built. My dealer provided me with a VIN in March, and I got in touch with Ford Chat, who provided me with the build week just a couple weeks ago. So I’m not even sure if I had an original build week and got bumped a couple times, or if 5/9/22 was my original build week (which I doubt). I found out about the Order Track site through this forum, which has been so helpful. Order Track is saying “awaiting shipment” on the top now, but still ASN in the Shipping info section, and I now have a tear tag. I don’t have any add-on’s.

Your vehicle is Built as indicated by the awaiting shipment. Reasons why you don't get emails. What does it show here if you add your vin to the URL? https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/?vin=
#1 - your email address on the order is incorrect or missing. This is what your dealer controls.
#2 - you don't have a ford website account for the email you used on the order.
#3 - Ford is terrible at sending out emails. (they really are)
