The hardtop roof ratings arent that great anyways. I think we would eventually do congo cage type rack, if we get the soft top for sure.

Personally I think Bestop is making them for Ford OR they were designed by them at least. They are just so similar to the Supertop. AND we saw the Bestop SunRider being offered as an accessory on the Outer Banks model already.Am I the the only one who thinks Ford doesn't completely have the soft top sorted out yet? I haven't seen any reviews where the soft top is on video with user unfastening and folding down or back up. And some photos of the soft top while up, seemed a bit wrinkled for final production. I'm sure Ford will get it all sorted out, but not convinced they are 100% there yet.
Just like everything else people keep stressing over, these are still early builds and may appear different on production models.Am I the the only one who thinks Ford doesn't completely have the soft top sorted out yet? I like the looks of that, but it would likely make it a lot hotter and noisier inside. That goes for $749 for Jeep. One thing I've have seen is a Bestop accessory that replaces the front panels on the modular top with a soft top that can be opened up.
Why do you need it? Just curious if I'm not thinking of a reason why I need it.I wish I didn't need a hardtop. The soft top looks pretty cool! And, the best part, is cheaper.

Why not both? This type of rack (which I’m sure we’ll eventually see for the Bronco) has the benefit of giving you the soft top and having a higher cargo rating than one that places the load on the fiberglass top.Roof rack.
The Bronco will replace my truck. I'll still need to use it for hauling lumber and materials.
I've thought about it but....I think these things look terrible. Why not both? This type of rack (which I’m sure we’ll eventually see for the Bronco) has the benefit of giving you the soft top and having a higher cargo rating than one that places the load on the fiberglass top.
