I have the EZ4x4 hard top lift and use a m12 Milwaukee ratchet for quicker removal of the 12 Torx bolts

I’m also using a ryobi battery powered racket. The amount of time that saves is incredible.

I have the original Top Lift Pro and it works wonderful! You can store your top pieces on it and move it around the garage as needed. I did make a support piece that goes from the base up to the lifting platform when storing the top on it because it can be a little unstable (bouncy) if you don’t have one. I don’t think it’s necessary, but I just didn’t want to take a chance. This being the original version you can probably pick up secondhand pretty cheap.

Just seen it is the EZ LIFT so what was the price and where did you purchase ? Thought you could store the top on the lift ? You don't ?

Unless you are physically limited there is no reason to purchase a top removal with a four door Bronco. The clam shell section is small and easily manageable by two people. One person could do it if they are not physically limited. The two door clam shell is a much larger section. Two people can also manage its removal but a lift or harness system is strongly recommended if trying to remove alone.

Wouldn't happen to have a pic of your "support" would ya? I have decided to build one myself just to take the stress off the top and put the weight back on the sides like it does when installed. Looking for ideas. Thanks
