Yes. From what I've found in other threads, this means its on the ground waiting for truck delivery to dealer.

I see. i'm still "constructively placed". Im guessing that means the rail car is sitting on some storage tracks awaiting unloading.

Bronco was constructively placed today in Tampa! Within 10 miles from my dealer. I wonder if there’s any chance I can get it this weekend

It's probably different at each railyard... But here in the Phoenix area, it typically takes another 7-10 days to get from the railyard to the dealer and through dealer prep.

Still no news on the tracker or email ... BUT when my mods popped a month ago, I did the attempt to activate thing and just a few hours ago got a, "activation request denied by primary driver" .... so might mean after a month just sitting there, someone finally got into my vehicle today (to hopefully move it) and denied the request. fingers crossed it ships.

Built 5/6 according to tracker ... awaiting shipment at MAP with estimated delivery of 5/22/23.

Sent a message to my dealership to get an update. Here was his response:

“I have no complete information but am in a similar boat to you with my Everglades. so I have been trying to do some research on my end to see when Bronco’s might start moving again.

As I think I mentioned when you were in a few weeks ago I do have a couple other Bronco orders currently at plant that have no shipped yet. Checking fords older system your bronco says it’s been produced and has an ETA that it will not meet at all.

I think this is a positive sign as a couple of the other ones I have in the system show that they have been delayed and do not have an ETA at all. I did just find a new ford transportation report this morning that is telling me that there is a large back log of unshippable vehicle currently at the Michigan assembly plant, it is also telling me that there is way above normal levels of shippable vehicles at plant that ford hasn’t been able to ship to dealers yet as they are currently experiencing a shortage of available rail cars to move the vehicles across the country.

I hope it makes sense and this is all the information I have been able to ascertain about why Bronco’s that are produced haven’t shipped yet. I think including yours there are 4-6 Bronco’s waiting to come to this dealership at the moment.”

Guess #1- Heritage Editions with bad tops

Guess #2- A cut off in production to built releases until they do the seatbelt recall nonsense.

How long is dealer prep and what exactly are they doing ?

Pre-delivery inspection, unwrapping the plastics off interior, taking off stickers, washing the outside, dealers badge, etc.
