I'm guessing the tracker isn't all that accurate. As I said above mine still says in production but Ford chat confirmed it's been built and scheduled to get to my dealer in 3-4 weeks.

My gut tells me that the tracker can be slow to update...
Thank you much!

Hi there, my blend date was 4/24, modules are live, and I have had a tear tag since Thursday. My status still says in production. Any thoughts on that? Thank you

Sorry, was on a Jeep run all day yesterday.
Yes, the trackers are notoriously slow. The service site (modules) is far more accurate. If you have a tear tag, you’re built. It is still possible to get pulled for a secondary inspection. In all likelihood, most of us will be close to shipped before we see built status.

My blend date was Friday 4/28. Nothing has updated, the tracker, not the modules/tear tag. I just got off the chat with Ford and they have no updates other than my build date was 4/28. They could not tell me if my Bronco was built Friday. I assume those of us who are waiting will get some updates tomorrow.

I see you are from Gilbert, which dealer did you go with if you don't mind me asking? Mine is SanTan, curious if you have any feedback. Last I talked to the head Bronco guy I was all set with the Model year transition program offer, but I was told retail price protection was an old program.

I'm also with San Tan... I assume you're talking about Justin? So far things have been ok. Very limited communication from the dealer, that's disappointing. I usually send him an email and get a response within a day. But nothing initiated by them.

I did recently ask if my certificates were good and he was going to see if he could get them updated because he didn't see them in the system.

If I follow the flowchart on the price protection thread, I'm qualified for both original price protection as well as model year price increase protection and equipment rebates as well. To the tune of $6195. I'm going in this week with the paperwork to help them find my certificates.

Yes, the price protection program changed, but it wasn't eliminated. Have you used the flowchart to determine what you have coming?

You got it, Justin is who I have spoken with. Similar situation with communication. I stop by to speak directly to him when I needed information and that worked well.
I come up with $5445 according to the flow charts. ( I reserved 8/2021, first order 10/21). I am worried about how the conversation will go about the additional PP. I printed out the EFC communications that another kind BG6 member posted, considering sending an email with all the information I have collected. I just don't want to wait until my Bronco is here and run into any battles! On the phone, I was told there was only MYTPP, no more retail PP. At the time I spoke to him, I didn't have the EFC documents to refer to. I would look forward to hearing how your future interactions go!

Your biggest ally in this isn't Ford nor your dealer, but is knowledge and tenacity to stay on top of it.

Model Year Transition Private Offer, is the amount of money you are eligible for due to price increases between model years. This one should be available in Smart Vincent under program number 38644. It is tied to you and the address your reservation/order was originally submitted under. So if you have moved during this 2 year process, you need to use your original address to find it. If you haven't moved and it still is not showing up in Smart Vincent (both Ford and your dealer can look it up and confirm it is not there). Your dealer needs to send an email to their Ford Rep (inventory manager). The Inventory Manager will them work with the C&I team to upload your cert. You might be wondering why isn't it there already? According to someone I spoke to,

"Ford had to upload 10's of thousands of these. It is a slow process. Each region is different. My region, my rep created a whole team just to handle these certs for Bronco and maverick. Sometimes the C&I team just need a little extra push. As they do not know when a particular Bronco will be built, or delivered."

The MYTPO is right now scheduled to expire on 7/05/2023. This means if we do not have our rig by then and they do not extend the deadline to use the certificate, then it will expire and we will miss out on that portion of Price Protection. BUT it has expired twice already this year and both times they extended the deadline. So fingers crossed they extend the deadline ... but even more fingers crossed we all have our rigs well before 7/5 lol.

As for the Retail Price Protection, I have not seen anything that has said this is no longer available. It will not and it will never show in Smart Vincent, as it is not a certificate. It is given at point of sale and the dealership is reimbursed 60-90 days later or you pay it upfront and the DEALERSHIP sends you a check. Or they should ... They could just be sketchy and choose to keep the money for themselves and that would be their right to do so. Ford doesn't enforce it.

So using my 4-Door OBX Sas, Mod Bumper, Hard Top, LUX, Tow ordered 10/13/2021 as an example:

Based on having a converted 2022 to 2023 Outer Banks 4-Door Order on or before 9/09/2022 (but not on or before 3/19/2021) I am eligible for $2,595.00 in 23MY Private Offer. This is the one that should show as a certificate in Smart VINCENT under Pgm #38644.

Based on having a 2023 Outer Banks 4-Door on order on or before 2/10/2023, I am eligible for 2023MY Retail Price Protection of $1,500.00

Because I have a 2023 Bronco on order with the HD Mod Bumper, LUX Package, MIC Hard Top, and Sasquatch Package on or before 3/15/2023 I am eligible for:

· HD Mod Bumper: $150.00

· LUX Package: $750.00

· MIC Hard Top: $1,200.00

· Sasquatch Package: $750.00

This 3/15/2023 section totals to $2,850.00 of additional 2023MY Retail Price Protection.

Model Year Transition Private Offer:

· This totals to $2,595.00 that will need to be available as a Private Offer Certificate in Smart VINCENT under Pgm #38644.

Retail Price Protection: $4,350.00

· This "retail price protection" is given at point of sale and the dealership is reimbursed 60-90 days later or I pay it upfront and the dealership sends me a check.

Total amount eligible for: $6,945.00

BUT only $2,595.00 of that will show in Smart Vincent as a cert to be applied at the time of sale. The other my dealer said I will pay and "if" (they use nothing but soft language and it bothers the heck out of me) they get the reimbursement from Ford, the dealer will cut me a check 60-90 days later.

Mine still is not showing in Smart Vincent. I spoke with a very nice Ford Rep on Thursday of last week who submitted a ticket to her supervisor to contact my dealership directly to guide them through the process of submitting the needed paperwork to have the cert uploaded. Fingers crossed this works ...

Again, we gotta KNOW the process and it seems, we must be on top of it.
